Our Master’s degree in Public Law, specialising in International, European, and Comparative Law (DIEC), aims to train high-level legal experts capable of understanding and engaging with the actions, projects, and strategies of major European and international actors. The programme offers in-depth training in public international law, foreign legal systems, European Union law, and human rights. It places strong emphasis on English-language proficiency and includes mandatory internships throughout the two years duration of the programme (between two and four months minimum).

Our programme provides students with the key skills expected of high-level legal professionals in national, European, and international public institutions. Upon completion, graduates will be able to:

  • Contribute to the design and preparation of complex case files requiring in-depth knowledge of international, European, and foreign law.
  • Mastery of litigation processes and strong writing skills for drafting litigation memoranda.
  • Draft legal instruments (normative acts, international agreements).
  • Negotiate an international agreement.
  • Manage diplomatic relations.
  • Understand foreign legal systems.
  • Demonstrate strong applied legal reasoning skills.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Analyse and synthesise legal and administrative documents (treaties, regulations, directives, resolutions, statutes, administrative guidelines, etc.).
  • Develop sound decision-making skills.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
